On the App
The Ring Company, for example…
With the Ring app open, click on the 3 lines in the top left corner.
Click Devices.
Click on your video doorbell.
Navigate to Device Health.
Scroll down to see ‘Product Name.’
Other companies may have similar processes.
On the Camera
Ring
Find the model number on the device; this is often located on the back or underside.
You may have to remove the outer shell for visibility. Go to your doorbell company’s website for more information.
